Our immersive 4-6 month programs provide an incubator for experiential learning designed to advance high-potential talent at Senior Manager through VP levels.

  • Our programs give up-and-coming leaders the insights to increase the effectiveness of their leadership and equip them with the required behaviors to lead at more senior levels.

    Our programs have three parts: the first part personalizes the experience to participants through a 360 assessment and debrief. The second is completed in groups through a combination of classroom learning and projects to stretch and challenge participants. The third is an option to work with a coach throughout the experience.

    The content comes in many forms: whether it’s our off-the-shelf Chiefable leadership development program, a semi-customized format or a completely customized approach, we work with you to make sure that the development of high potential leaders makes a noticeable difference and improves business results.
