At Chiefable, we’re redefining “c” for leadership in a changing world. We’re developing a new generation of leaders. We call them the New Cs.

New Cs intuitively grasp that what worked for previous generations already doesn’t cut it for what they face now. Old Cs were rewarded and promoted for outsmarting, outworking, and conforming. In an era that prioritized scale, leaders became reduced to a set of rules at the expense of humanity in the workplace.

New Cs intuitively know that they can have corporate impact and inspire people to unlock their full potential; that to lead is to be human and their effectiveness as a leader depends on their ability to harness creativity, reward grit and hard work, and call people forward to be better leaders.
